Pet Care Services Association
We are a member of the PCSA. PCSA is the non-profit trade association for over 3000 pet care service businesses
in the United States and around the world. Only PCSA members commit to the PCSA Code of Ethics and the Pet
Owner's Bill of Rights which assure pet owners that their beloved pets will receive professional, loving care. In
addtion to pet boarding and dog daycare, PCSA members offer a variety of services for your pet including grooming, training,
pet transportation, shipping, pet supplies, food sales, etc. PCSA offers information, publications, advertising
opportunities, education, facility accreditation, meetings and business networking opportunities.

Concern
for Animals
CFA is a non-profit organization actively promoting welfare for animals in Thurston, Mason,
and Lewis County. Northwind whole-heartedly supports CFA though donations and providing services.

Thurston County Animal Services
We work closely with our local animal services.
We have participated in adoption awareness events, fund raisers, supported them through donations, and provided boarding and
other services for rescued animals involved in puppy mills, animal abuse, and other legal issues.

Pegasus Program
Vicki Forster is president of this Educational Equestrian Mentoring
program for youth. The Pegasus Program believes a stable environment encourages healthy choices, character development,

Hooved Animal Rescue of Thurston County
Vicki Forster is a member of Hooved Animal
Rescue of Thurston County. Their mission is to connect hooved animals in need with people that can help. They
are a non-profit organization, offering foster home network for the rehabilitation and care of hooved animals that have been
impounded by local law enforcement in abuse and neglect cases, pending prosecution.
